Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council adopt a resolution modifying Resolution 7375 to change the date of the fuel reduction plan from January 1, 2011 to July 1, 2011. Timeline: Referral to committee: 9/2/09 Committee discussion: 9/30/09 Background and Alternatives Explored: Changing the resolution due date will enable the Energy billing and usage records to be consistent with the resolution due date.
