Travis Welsh Phone: (406) 552-6290 E-Mail: [EMAIL REDACTED] Warrant Issued for Parenting Interference The Missoula Police Department has issued a Missing & Endangered Person Advisory (MEPA) for three children (Alana, (Kaylee, 7) and (Jeffrey, 11) Rusnock and is seeking assistance in locating the children. In addition, a warrant for Parenting Interference has been issued for Jeffrey Michael Rusnock, Sr. the father of the missing children, with bond set at $100,000. Mr. Rusnock is described as a white, male adult, 5'11" and weighing 160 pounds. He has a wolf tattoo on one arm and at the time of the warrant, is believed to have had a mustache and goatee. He may be driving a blue, 1983 Chevrolet truck with the decal "Big Sky on both sides. The license plate for this vehicle is Montana issued 4C-6104B or he may also be driving a black, 1992 Honda Civic, four-door with Montana license plate AFZ201. Please do not approach or attempt contact with Mr. Rusnock if seen, but rather call 9- 1-1, CrimeStoppers (721-4444) or the Missoula Police Department at 552-6299. A Missing & Endangered Person Advisory (MEPA) is a voluntary partnership between law enforcement and local broadcasters to rapidly disseminate information about a missing and endangered person. The goal of this program is to assist law enforcement agencies when a missing or endangered person does not qualify for an Amber Alert notification.
