THAT the request to amend the phasing plan for Teton Addition at Maloney Ranch Subdivision as shown on the phasing plan dated November 2009, be APPROVED. Timeline: City Council’s Referral to committee: November 23, 2009 PAZ Committee Action: December 2, 2009 Action Item City Council Action: December 7, 2009 (Consent Agenda or Committee Reports) Deadline: None Background: Maloney Properties LLC, represented by Jonathan Gass, WGM Group, Inc., is requesting to amend the phasing plan for the Teton Addition at Maloney Ranch Subdivision (Attachment The subdivision was approved by the Missoula City Council at its meeting of December 10, 2007 subject to twenty-eight (28) conditions of approval (Attachment The subdivision was approved with 16 phases, each to be filed one year apart, starting with Phase 1 on December 31, 2009 through Phase 16 on December 31, 2024 (Attachment The subdivider proposes to extend the final plat submittal deadline out 2 years for each phase with a Phase 1 deadline of December 31, 2011 through a Phase 16 deadline of December 31, 2026 (Attachment Staff Recommendation: 1.
