Attachment #1 Planning Board Recommendations Denny’s Copy Stop Rezone Planning Board Recommendation: On Tuesday, June 16, with 9 members present, the Missoula Consolidated Planning Board voted unanimously (9-0) to recommend approval of this rezone. Planning Board’s Recommended Motion: 1. THAT the request to rezone property legally described in Attachment C from R-1 (Residential District) to BN (Neighborhood Business District) be approved based on the findings of fact in the staff report. Planning Board’s Recommended Conditions of Approval: None Planning Board Discussion: Planning Board agreed with the staff recommendation on the motion to approve the rezone and expressed no concerns with the proposal. See pages 3-5 of the Planning Board Minutes (included as Attachment for further Planning Board discussion.
