Recommended Motion: I move the City Council approve a 30 foot wide water easement at Pleasant View Park #7 on Lane to Stockyard Road Investments LLC. Timeline: Referral to committee: November 6, 2009 Committee discussion: November 18, 2009 Council action: November 23, 2009 Deadline: Approval will facilitate the timely installation of water main. Background and Alternatives Explored: This request is from Stockyards Road Investment, LLC to request an easement to construct, maintain and repair a water main line across Pleasant view Park The Missoula Parks Board recommended approval of the easement at their November meeting with a few minor changes made to the easement language regarding repair of the area when work is complete.
