The Carousel Sunday Market and Festival is proposed to operate on Sundays between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., from May to October. Missoula Municipal Code Title 8, Chapters 20 and 22 govern the establishment of farmer's markets and street markets in the city. When establishing markets in the past, the City Council has held a public hearing on the resolution to establish the markets.
