Date: November 17, 2009 Prepared by: Monte Sipe Initiated by: Steve King/Doug Harby Action Required: Approve the Agreement for Engineering Services to DJ&A, P.C., for Lower Miller Creek Road Improvements. Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement for Engineering Services to DJ&A, P.C., for Lower Miller Creek Road Improvements in the amount of $47,834.78. Timeline: Referral to committee: November 17, 2009 Committee discussion: November 18, 2009 Background and Alternatives Explored: This agreement between the City of Missoula and DJ&A, P.C. is to complete preliminary/final design and construction staking for the Lower Miller Creek Road Improvement Project between the Wye and Linda Vista Boulevard. The project includes curb/gutter and sidewalk on Lower Miller Creek Rd. from the Wye area to Linda Vista Boulevard and associated paving, striping and signage.
