Contract H-10-03 AMENDMENT, HOME Program Page 1 of 2 CFDA NO. 14.239 AMENDMENT TO HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM CONTRACT # H-10-01 This Contract Amendment is entered into by District XI Human Resource Council, a Montana non-profit corporation (the Grantee) and the City of Missoula, Montana (the City). The Grantee and the City agree to the following terms amending Home Investment Partnerships program (HOME) Contract H-10-01 as approved by Missoula City Council on March 22, 2010: 1. Section 5, SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES, point one, is amended to: Will provide financing to at least ten (10) first-time homebuyer households whose incomes are at or below 80% of the local median income, as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), for the purpose of purchasing residences owned and occupied by those respective households. 2. Section BUDGET, is amended to: a. The total amount of this Contract will not exceed $325,000. 3. Attachment C, BUDGET is amended to: a. Homebuyer’s Assistance line under the HOME column is increased to $305,250; b. Loan Processing line under HOME column is increased to $15,000; c. Housing Quality Standards Inspection line under the HOME column is increased to $1,000; d. Homebuyer Education and Counseling line under the HOME column is increased to $3,750, and e. all totals are adjusted accordingly.
