City of Missoula, Montana Item to be Referred to City Council Committee Committee: Public Safety & Health Item: FY10-FY11 Abandoned Vehicle Towing Contract – Missoula Police Department Date: 6/17/2009 Prepared by: Laurie Clark Initiated by: Greg Amundsen Action Required: Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign towing contract for Abandoned Vehicles Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Pro Towing for fiscal year 2010 and 2011 abandoned vehicle towing in an amount not to exceed $24,000 per year.
