Agreement on the SID 544 – Rattlesnake Neighborhood Sewer Collection System Project Date: June 4, 2010 Prepared by: Gregg Wood Initiated by: Kevin Slovarp Action Required: Approve an amendment to the existing agreement with Morrison-Maierle, Inc. for professional engineering services on the SID 544 - Rattlesnake Neighborhood Sewer Collection System project. Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the agreement with Morrison-Maierle, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $97,041 for engineering services on the SID 544 - Rattlesnake Neighborhood Sewer Collection System project. Timeline: Referral to committee: June 7, 2010 Committee discussion: June 9, 2010 Background and Alternatives Explored: This amendment to the engineering services agreement is warranted for engineering design and construction services required to complete the construction of SID 544.
