This encroachment permit conditions: is granted with the following 1. The property owner of pindown curbing along Spruce Street;. Worden's Market is to install the parking lot adjacent to 2. Property owner is to delineate by sign and pavement marking one-way traffic flow and parking stalls in the parking lot.
