Memorandum May 22, 2009 Missoula City Council 435 Ryman Missoula, MT 59802 Dear City Council Members: Under the authority provided in 7-5-4102 Montana Code Annotated, Article III, Section 11 Missoula City Charter, and City Council Rule # 2, I hereby call a special meeting of the City Council to be held on June 1, 2009, in the City Council Chambers, 140 W. Pine St., Missoula, MT from 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. for the sole purpose of conducting a public hearing on the following matter: A resolution amending its fiscal year 09 Action Plan and awarding $151,850 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds appropriated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The City Clerk is hereby directed to provide notice of the special meeting and the public hearing.
