MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MISSOULA AND TEAMSTERS UNION, LOCAL NO. 2 OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL NO. 400 MACHINISTS UNION, LOCAL NO. 88 REPRESENTING EMPLOYEES IN THE STREET, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND TRAFFIC SERVICES DIVISIONS THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made and entered into between the City of Missoula, County of Missoula, State of Montana (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and the Teamsters Union Local No. 2; Operators Union Local No. 400; and Machinists Union Local No. 88, (hereinafter referred to as the Unions) In the spirit of teamwork and cooperation the Union has agreed to no wage increase for FY2011. The Union understands the economic constraints that the Employer is experiencing and has agreed to forego the negotiated increase as listed in the current collective bargaining agreement.
