Playful Partner Pledge I love to play! I recognize and value the importance of play for children, youth and even adults. Count me in as a partner of Missoula’s Playful City USA taskforce to help create a generation of children who are happier, smarter and healthier by… • Increasing awareness of the benefits and availability of play in Missoula • Supporting efforts to improve the quantity of, quality of and access to play spaces ~ attractions, museums, open space, parks, playgrounds, theatres, and other places people gather for active play ~ in our community. • Advocating for the creation and maintenance of a play space within 1/2 mile, or a 10 to 12- minute walk, uninterrupted by a major arterial or other obstruction, for every child in Missoula.
