L.S. Jensen Construction and Ready Mix, of Missoula, Montana was the apparent low bidder for the project. We have certified the bids for the project and concluded L.S. Jensen Construction and Ready Mix's bid total is correct. The certified bid tabs are attached. The two bids on the project were competitive and based on previous local work we have no concerns with the contractor's ability to complete the work. Upon review of the information provided, we recommend that the City of Missoula award the Miller Creek Road Improvements Briggs Street to Mockingbird Way Contract to L.S.
