City of Missoula, Montana Item to be Referred to City Council Committee Committee: Plat, Annexation & Zoning Item: Council Appointments to the Design Review Board Date: February 9, 2010 Prepared by: Kelly Elam Initiated by: Action Required: Conduct interviews and appoint members to the Design Review Board. Recommended Motion: I move the City Council appoint the following people to the Design Review board for the term commencing immediately and ending December 31, 1012: _________(alternate). Timeline: Referral to committee: February 22, 2010 Committee discussion: March 17, 2010 Deadline: Background: There is one position open on the Design Review Board—alternate. Tracy O'Reilly chose not to reapply for her former position that expired December 31, 2009 due to family obligations. Tracy has resolved her obligations and is now interested in serving on the board again and she is the only applicant. Applications closed on January 6, 2010. The term for the position is three years and applicants must be Missoula County residents.
