Though the leaves are turning, our hearts remain warm with the memories of a well- celebrated season. This summer has been spectacular. Our community came alive during the 4th of July celebration, with patriotism filling the air. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the celebration a success. The concerts at Minden Park also left us with many fond memories. Looking ahead, we’re excited about the new splash pad at Westwood Park and a new sidewalk along 10th Street, which will enhance our town. Don’t miss the holiday events, including the Minden Park Gazebo Lighting on December 6th and the Chamber of Commerce’s Parade of Lights on December 7th. As my term as Chairman draws to a close, I offer my heartfelt thanks to my fellow Board members and town staff for their support.
