NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM GARDNERVILLE TOWN BOARD, MINDEN TOWN BOARD & CITZENS’ ADVISORY COMMITTEE There may be a quorum of Gardnerville Town Board, Minden Town Board or Citizens Advisory Committee members at the following events and/or meetings. While a majority of the Town Boards and Advisory Committee members may be present, they are prohibited by law from any official deliberations or actions unless done so under an officially noticed public hearing in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes. As such, Board and Advisory Committee members present will not hear any official agenized items, take action or deliberate at the event/meeting.
