Minden has been working with the Town of Gardner- ville to update our Plans for Prosperi- ty. We are trying to create a vision while anticipating the future. With joint efforts in com- pleting the Plan, we are hoping to get it approved by the end of the year. I would like to thank the Citizen’s Advisory Com- mittee for all their involve- ment during the update to the Plans. We have a great event coming up for the holi- days. Please join us for the Gazebo lighting and the Parade of Lights. If you have never attended be- fore, you will want to come back time and time again. ~Matt Bernard Chairman’s Corner Fall is finally here! I love Fall more so than any other time of year. With the changes in color and the crisp clean air autumn cre- ates an inviting atmos- phere. The Concerts in the Park went well and were well attended even with all the unwelcomed smoke. Minden Park has a new addition of a splash pad. By the time most of you have read this letter, the kids will be itching to enjoy it. However, we are still put- ting some final touches on it but it is looking good and will be ready to enjoy by Spring!
