Excludes the Ranch at Gardnerville Water Meter Updates: Residents with water meters may have noticed that this quarter the meter data is missing from their billing statement. We are currently in the midst of the fixed meter reading project and due to temporary equipment issues we were unable to pull reads before billing went out. However, the system will be back up and running by the end of the month at which time all accounts will be up- dated with their quarterly read. If you are interested in getting this information as soon as it is available please call our office and we will call your quarterly read as soon as it comes in. We apologize for the inconvenience this month and look forward to the project completion. When the fixed meter read- ing project is complete, Staff will be able to easily determine leaks, look at trends and pull daily meter reads. Stay tuned for more details in the next few months. Feel free to put your address on your trash cans to help keep track of them if it gets too windy and they take a trip down the street.
