Shovel the snow into your yard and enjoy the benefits in the spring after it melts! Do not shovel the snow into the street. This inhibits proper drainage and can cause a big mess. Remember that the Town will only plow the streets if there is accu- mulation of at least 6” on the ground with a projection of more to come within the next twelve hours. The complete snow policy is available from the Town Office as well as on the website at www.townofminden.com As a reminder, to ensure the effectiveness of our storm drains, please do not intentionally blow leaves into the streets. This could clog the drains which could cause flooding and other damage. Did you know that you can pay online?
