NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM MINDEN TOWN BOARD There may be a quorum of Minden Town Board members at the following social events. While a majority of the Town Board members may be present, they are prohibited by law from taking any official actions, or deliberating on any official issue or matter, unless done so at an officially noticed public hearing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law as codified in the Nevada Revised Statutes. As such, Board members present will not take action or deliberate at the following events: • June 12, 2021 at 6:30am – CV Days Breakfast • July 4, 2021 at 9:00am – Minden’s 4th of July Celebration Minden Park - 1606 Esmeralda Ave, Minden, NV 89423 If there are any questions or concerns, please contact the Town Administrative Office at (775) 782-5976.
