See agenda below City Council Mon., 5/14/18 Time and agenda to be announced Millcreek needs a new motto MILLCREEK. Since the December 2016 inception of Millcreek's website, we have used the tagline: "Millcreek, Utah's newest city". We've outgrown that saying, and are asking for your help to coin a new one. We are currently developing a new professional website, and think this is the perfect opportunity to rebrand our city. A memorable motto, slogan, or tagline can be an important part of a city's promotion and economic development. The first step in the process is for us all to get creative. Click here or contact us here by noon next Friday, 5/11, to submit your brainstorms. To help get your juices flowing, here is a sampling of what others have done– the good, the bad and the ugly. The Canyon Rim community is seeking donations to purchase and equip an emergency cache container in the western part of the area. Granite School District has approved a cache site at Rosecrest Elementary. In the event of an emergency such as the earthquake that will hit our area some day, emergency caches will be an important part of the CERT response. As an example of what Canyon Rim is seeking to fund, the green box on the right of the picture below is the emergency cache container located at Eastwood Elementary. Checks should be made payable to Millcreek, include “Rosecrest Cache” in the memo line, and be mailed to City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 Millcreek, UT 84106. All funds will be ear- marked for this effort and will be held in a separate account for the cache. STAGE ONE WATER ADVISORY ISSUED FOR MOST OF MILLCREEK WATER USERS MILLCREEK.
