Because this is a CM/GC project, we do not yet have a full engineer’s estimate. A final cost estimate will be completed with the participation of a construction manager/general contractor. We anticipate that the project will cost approximately $6.7 million. c. Where do we fined the entire description of the entire project? See the Request for Proposals. d. How many pages can we have for the introductory letter? Your introductory letter is limited to one 8½” x 11” page, 11 point type, single-spaced. e. Do you want the costs on the 11 x 17 proposal or in a separate file/printed form? Please include the costs on the 11 x 17 proposal.
