The City's Land Use Code (LUC) is the primary regulatory document that, together with the General Plan, helps to ensure quality development in our community. The LUC includes regulations and standards that address zoning, land uses, natural resource protections, subdivisions, building setbacks and height, parking, landscaping, neighborhood character, and application procedures. Please take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey below. Share your experiences with the current LUC and comment on how the new LUC can better serve the community.
