Clarifications to RFP and Specifications. a. Who is doing the ice ribbon design and construction? Custom Ice is the firm chosen by the City to design/build the ice ribbon. They will be managed under the CM/GC. b. How will the City evaluate cost? Cost is weighted as 10% of the overall proposal. Please submit costs in accordance with the following schedule Proposed Fee Schedule Preconstruction Fee (lump sum) For work done during the preconstruction period $ Construction Management Fee (lump sum) For work done during the construction phase Cost of Bonds The cost of payment and performance bonds Construction Supervision Cost For project supervision and support team costs Change Order Markup For work added by change orders Self-Performed Work Markup For self-performed work c. Can you submit a proposal on 8½” x 11” pages, instead of an 11” x 17” pages? Yes. One 11” x 17” page will equal two 8½” x 11” pages. d. Is the required Exhibit B included in the overall page limit?
