Sidewalk and Trails Master plan: Robert May b. ZT-23-008: c. ZT-23-009: d. Neighborhood meeting on Friday June 9th, 2023. The neighborhood meeting will be held on-site at the old Wilford Ward Church property located at 3179 South Highland Drive. The neighborhood meeting is to solicit better neighborhood input on a proposed land use application which is scheduled to be heard at the July 19th Planning Commission Meeting, requesting a rezone from R-1-8 (Residential) to C-3 (Commercial) to allow for a medical office building. This will require a MCC letter regarding recommendations if there are any. 6. 8:05pm: Capital Improvement suggestions: Prioritized projects were sent to Rita Lund via email. 7. 8:10pm: Discuss proposed trail 8. 8:25pm Subcommittee reports: As needed. a. Leadership: (past chair, current chair, 1st v.c., 2nd v.c., secretary, treasurer meet the week before MCC to review agenda and get reports from subcommittee chairs) b. Emergency Preparedness: (organize and stock cache locations, attend city emergency meetings, other) ---PAGE BREAK--- c. Communications and Social Media: (field community concerns on social media, share photos of community events and council meetings, general networking and marketing) d. Community Service: (create, participate in and bring awareness to service opportunities in our community, weekly mobile food pantry, other) e. Events: (work with Venture out on events, create new events, etc.) f. ACCT: meetings, etc.) g. Traffic committee/Streets and Roads: (Dan Donahoe has details, work on speed limits, speed bumps, cross walks, sidewalks, stop lights, bike lanes etc.) h. Affordable Housing: (search out ways to place tiny homes, homeless villages, etc., work on rezoning or piggyback zoning with manufacturing areas, other) i.
