The summary of the first of these updates will deal with: Agriculture Zones Forestry Zones Mobile Homes / Tiny Homes Some of the proposed changes include: 1. Removing medium-density residential uses out of our AG zones. 2. Removing intensive mineral extraction and resort tourism out of our forestry zones, and renaming them “Forestry Recreation Estate” zones, which more suits their actual use in Millcreek. 3. Adding “tiny homes” to the list of possible uses in our existing Mobile Home ---PAGE BREAK--- Zone. This zone currently isn’t applied anywhere in Millcreek, but this could be a vehicle to work with a developer on an appropriately situated tiny home development, which would be a good potential option for affordable housing.
