Such zones cater to local and regional markets and may include limited residential uses as incorporated into a commercial mixed-use development. - ZT-23-015 Adoption of a Residential Mixed (RM) Zone Ordinance The R-M zone is primarily a residential zone intended to be a transitional zone ---PAGE BREAK--- between low density residential neighborhoods and commercial uses. It primarily accommodates medium to high density residential development/complexes including: duplexes, townhomes, twin homes, tri-plexes, four-plexes, higher unit complexes, and mixed-use, located generally along major streets. A limited list of non-residential uses may be allowed.
