Here are the questions that were asked aloud to the group and the responses: Q: How many sf on each floor of City Hall? A: Approximately 11,000 sf Q: How many total sf for the Adv Hub? A: Approximately 6,000 sf Q: Who is providing the Construction Cleaning? Who is doing the move-in ready cleaning (Sparkle Clean)? Is the Sparkle Clean part of this proposal or another contract? A: Okland will do the construction cleaning. The sparkle clean is a new concept as part of this tender is TBD. Q: What is the total sf of carpeting? A: See table below Q: Is UPD cleaning separate from this tender’s scope of work? A: UPD is a separate proposal. A bid for UPD is welcome with this original proposal. UPD cleaning is required to be performed between 8 am and 5 pm. Q: Does the scope of work include inside of microwave and refrigerators? A: Microwaves only, not fridges. Q: How often would carpets be cleaned as art of this scope of work? A: 2-3x per year (a separate cost-plus scope) Q: RE: Terraces/patios. What cleaning will we be doing there as art of the scope of work? A: Only answer discussed was to clean the glass that is within reach of customers Q: How confident are you that Millcreek City will be moved/moving in by 1 Nov? (i.e. Can we plan to activate by that date?) A: Everything possible is being done to move in by that date, and to not extend the current lease another month. A: Millcreek Employs approximately 55, Police employees around 65 Q: The Proposal states: City will supply a vacuum, mop and bucket, and limited clean supplies for daily maintenance and clean up”. What type of vacuum cleaners will be supplied? I.e. HIPA Vacuum, (High-Efficiency Particulate Air Vacuum), upright, backpack? How many vacuums will be supplied? For Millcreek Common Facilities? A: Sorry this wasn’t clear, Millcreek will have a vacuum and a mop bucket in each Custodian Closet, but is asking that the custodial company supply and use their own equipment. Millcreek will handle cleanup issues during the day with their own equipment, our janitorial service will use their own equipment when cleaning the building at night Q: What Cleaning supplies will be supplied? A: Janitorial service will supply their own cleaning supplies. Millcreek will supply paper towels, toilet paper, dispenser soap, urinal screens, etc., but no cleaning supplies Q: What is the cleanable square footage for each floor building, floors for (7 Seven) days a week? A: Please refer to matrix provided Q: For five days a week? A: Please refer to matrix provided Q: Are any floors or area to be cleaned less than five days a week? If so, which floors or areas? A: Police area on basement, second, and third floors Q: What areas on the Sixth floor are to be cleaned on Sundays? A: The entire floor – carpet, restrooms, kitchen, etc. Q: What is the cleanable square footage for 3rd floor, the police department? A: Not sure, please provide a cost for each application Q: General cleaning of interior windows, means cleaning of entry way windows and office side lights, and glass on the door? A: This building has a lot of glass - windows, banisters, handrails, etc. The glass adjacent to any walking path will need to be cleaned as needed. Exterior glass adjacent to each exit door will also need to be addressed as needed. The building exterior glass cleaning will be an extra project addressed once or twice a year. Q: What is the total length of glass baluster needing cleaning? A: Approximately 335 linear feet
