Normal Thursday collections will occur on Friday. Normal Friday collections will occur on Saturday. For more information on Wasatch Front Waste & Recycling's holiday collection schedule, visit: ---PAGE BREAK--- PUBLIC COMMENT SOUGHT ON NEW DRAFT OF THE Central Wasatch National Conservation and Recreation Area Act WASATCH FRONT. The Central Wasatch Commission has issued a new draft of the Congressional/federal legislative proposal to implement Mountain Accord. The has gone through five public review edits since it was originally introduced in 2016 by Congressman Jason Chaffetz. This 10/27/20 version of the bill and its accompanying summary and map is available for public review and comment. There are three documents to review: The 10/27/20 Draft of the A summary of the 10/27/20 Draft Legislation. This describes the changes since the last public review draft, including a narrative description and an overview of the background of the legislation process. The 10/27/20 Draft Proposed Central Wasatch Conservation and Recreation Area Map. The public comment period relating to the legislation will be open through December 5, 2020. The draft legislation will be discussed by the Central Wasatch Commission during the December 7th Board meeting.
