Approval of the draft minutes for the December meeting 4. Election of MOCC Officers: Chair, Vice-chair, and Treasurer for the calendar year 2024 5. Mayor’s report 6. Rep. Doug Owens, legislative report 7. Adoption of bylaw changes The entire bylaw document, including the draft changes, was sent to all MOCC members by Brian Jorgensen on December 19, 2023. 8. Presentation by City of the draft changes to the following ordinances: Light Manufacturing Zone, Mixed Development (MD) Zone, Mixed Development (MD-3) Zone. See December 26 email from Rob May on this subject. Planning staff is looking for the council’s recommendations and suggestions on the draft changes. 9.
