Addition to Scope of Work: Demolition The selected proposer will be asked to coordinate demolition of buildings and abandonment and relocation of site utilities as part of the CM/GC scope of work. Demolition and utilities work shall follow APWA standards. The limits of the scope of work are described in the attached exhibit. 2. Proposal Page Limit Proposers are now subject to the following page limits: One 11” x 17” double-sided page or two 8½” x 11” double sided pages that include the following: 1) Proposed Project Schedule 2) Project Approach and Understanding 3) Cost, including a proposed fee schedule in the format described in Addendum 2 4) Identification of Anticipated Potential Problems One 11” x 17” double-sided page or two 8½” x 11” double sided pages that include the following: 1) Proposed Project Team Organization and Qualifications 2) Responsiveness and Past Performance One 8½” x 11” page for the Certification PROPOSALS ARE DUE THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2020 at 12:00 NOON LOCAL TIME. 3. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Millcreek held a second opportunity for a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, July 7, 2020. No additional firms were represented at the meeting. 4.
