Primarily underwent a consolidation of the height limitation; exceptions section of the supplementary regulations chapter with the “Height of Building” definition into a newly proposed draft titled Building Height. ZT-24-011 - Amending 19.76.080 Lots and Building on Private Rights-of-way. ---PAGE BREAK--- ZT-24-012 - New ordinance proposal. The proposed draft includes a range of zoning incentives aimed at increasing affordable housing in Millcreek. In whole, the incentives are geared towards all residential and mixed-use zones but largely benefit higher density developments at this time. Millcreek Housing Affordability report ZT-24-013 - New ordinance proposal.
