Elected Officer Annual Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Statement FY2025 As required by Utah Code Ann. 10-3-1313 and Utah Code Ann. 20A-11-1604(6), all City elected officers shall no sooner than January I and no later than January 31 of each year make a complete conflict of interest disclosure to be filed with the City Recorder. An electronic copy of this written disclosure statement will be posted on the City's website until the elected officer leaves office, and a link to the electronic posting will be provided to the State of Utah's Lieutenant Governor's office.
