The above described municipal corporation contains 12 square miles in area, or 8,100 acres, more or Jess. NARRATIVE: 1. The purpose of this Final Local Entity Plat is to establish and delineate the municipal boundary of Millcreek pursuant to an election held on December 3, 2015 by a committee of unincorporated Salt Lake County residents. 2. The effective date of this annexation will be upon issuance of the applicable certificate by the Lieutenant Governor and subsequent recording of the plat in the Office of the Salt Lake County Recorder 3. October 31, 2016 is the effective date for all Parcel Numbers noted on this plat 4. No monuments were found or set during the preparation of this plat 5. December 1, 2016 is the effective date for all city boundaries shown on this plat. 6. Salt lake County Parcels 15-36-451-020 and 15-36-451-020 and the west half of 300 West Street as shown on sheet two are shown as being part of Murray City on this Final Local Entity Plat. Said Parcels and that portion of 300 West Street are known to be part of Murray City through operation of law. 7. That portion of 500 West street lying south of the westerly extension of the northerly boundary tine of that Scott Machinery Annexation to Murray City recorded in Book 92-5, at Page 118 in the Office of the Salt Lake County Recorder is shown as being part of Murray City on this Final Local Entity Plat. Said portion is known to be part of Murray City due to the governing authority of that area. 8. Recorded annexations, incorporation plats, a Court Decree, and an ordinance of ad_ioining cities were used to establish the boundary. 9.
