Staff presents a brief statement of proposal. The acting chair will entertain questions and comments from citizens. 3. The acting chair will recognize comments from individual council members. It is expected that council members will familiarize themselves with proposals prior to the council meeting. 4. The council may propose a motion of support, conditional support, or denial. 5. Outcomes are recorded in the meeting minutes, and included in a formal letter sent to the city.
