City of Middleton Building Inspection Department Permit Fee Schedule REVISED 9/1/2020 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND TENANT BUILDOUTS A. Building permits: fees shall be the sum of: 1. Base Fee $150.00 2. Fee determined by group and size i. Group I $.090 per square foot ii. Group II $.120 per square foot iii. Group III $.080 per square foot 3. Erosion Control (For New residential construction only) 1. Single family $150.00 2. Two-family $200.00 B. Electrical permits: fees shall be the sum of: 1. Base Fee i. Residential $50.00 ii. Commercial $100.00 2. Fee determined by group and size i. Group I $.050 per square foot ii. Group II $.070 per square foot iii. Group III $.050 per square foot C. Plumbing permits: fees shall be the sum of: 1. Base Fee i. Residential $50.00 ii. Commercial $100.00 2. Fee determined by group and size i. Group I $.050 per square foot ii. Group II $.070 per square foot iii. Group III $.050 per square foot 3. Air Admittance Valves $50.00 each D.
