The hydrant will be available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants agree to pay all fees and abide by all conditions of the permit as outlined herein. City personnel will supervise the delivery of water. Applicants will notify the Middleton Water Utility after they have drawn their last load.
