1-Jan Assessment Date Each calendar year, real and personal property is assessed by the assessor per its status as of January 1. 1-Mar Statement of Personal Property Due Form PA-003 must be received at the City of Middleton Assessor’s office on or before the March 1st deadline. 1-Mar Property Tax Exemption Request Due Form PR-230 must be received by the City Assessor on or before the March 1st deadline.
