The Marysville Skatepark is for the enjoyment of all skaters Please observe all rules and regulations The Marysville Skatepark is for skateboarding and in-line skating only. All other uses are prohibited. This Skatepark is not supervised. Know your own abilities and skate at your own risk. (Your sport, your skull, your choice. ) The use of helmets - elbow pads - knee pads and wrist guards is strongly recommended and should be worn by skaters at all times. Spectators should stay off the skating surface. All skateboarders must skate safely at all times and avoid collision with others. Skate respectfully, the skaters code of ethics is something you can be proud of! Keep amplified music volume down. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Fighting or disruptive behavior will result in loss of skateboarding privileges. All equipment used by skaters must be in good condition and must not damage the Park or its structures. All forms or graffiti, tagging or other means of defacing city property is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law. Such activity will result in the closure of the entire Skatepark facility until it can be repaired. MMC 6.25.050 All food and drinks, chewing gum are prohibited on the Skatepark surface at all times. Smoking and any other use of tobacco products (chew) is prohibited on Skatepark grounds. The City of Marysville is not responsible for personal property or injury. The city's liability is limited by RCW 4.24.210 No contests of any kind are allowed in the Park unless organized by the Parks and Recreation Department. Please adhere to posted park hours. The City of Marysville Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to change the park schedule as necessary. No trespassing while the park is closed. Bicycles and scooters are prohibited on the Skatepark surface at all times. Please notify the Parks and Recreation Department of any unsafe conditions or injuries within the Skatepark by calling [PHONE REDACTED]. Please keep the park clean and use the trash receptacles. No cameras or video photography equipment is allowed on the skate surface at any time. In an emergency, call 911
