RE: Marysville Municipal Court Requests for Discovery Requests for discovery are directed to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney at the below-noted location. For traffic infraction matters, discovery will be provided pursuant to the Infraction Rules for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction 3.1. For criminal matters, discovery will be provided pursuant to the Criminal Rules for Courts of Limited Jurisdiction 4.7. Your discovery must be in writing and should contain the following information: 1. Your full name 2. Your case number 3. Your address 4. Your email address 5. What discovery materials you are requesting 6. The date of your request 7. Your signature Upon receipt of your written discovery request, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will email discovery to the email address you have provided. You can also request hard copies to be sent via US Mail however, certain discovery, such as Body Worn Camera footage, is only available via electronic link. Please allow 14 days for receipt of requested infraction discovery materials and 21 days for discovery in criminal matters. The prosector’s office is not able to provide discovery the same day as it is requested. This notice is provided as a courtesy to those individuals who are not represented by legal counsel.
