Page 1 of 14 For first time users, sign up using the “New Signup” feature on the left of the screen: 1) Enter your 12-digit utility account number in “Account Number” field. 2) Enter your customer identification number (CID) in the “Customer Number” field. 3) Click “Next”. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 2 of 14 4) Fill in all required blanks to set up your online profile. 5) For e-statements, enter and re-enter your email address. You will receive an email at the email address you entered – click the link in the email to confirm your email address. 6) When all information has been entered, click “Add User Account”. For one-time payments, click “Pay Now”or “Pay Now By Check” ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 3 of 14 After clicking “Add User Account”, you will get this email. Click the “Confirmation Link” and log in using your newly created username and password. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 4 of 14 After logging back in, expand the “E-Statements” section by clicking on + icon. If you would like to receive your bill via email, check the “E-Statement” box. If you would like to receive reminder emails, check the “Reminder” box. To save changes, click the “Update Profile” box. To add your phone number for text reminders, click the “Click here for text phone number setup” box. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 5 of 14 Enter your phone number and click “Submit Query” Enter confirmation code received on your phone and click “Submit Query” ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 6 of 14 Click “Yes” to receive text messages at the number you just confirmed. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 7 of 14 Your online profile is now set up! ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 8 of 14 To add additional utility accounts to your online profile, click “Add another Account Number” to expand section. Enter the account number and customer number and click “Attach New Account”. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 9 of 14 To update billing information, expand the “Billing Information” section and enter new information. Click “Update Profile” to save changes. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 10 of 14 To update the answer to your security question, expand “Security Question” section by clicking on the + icon. Enter the answer and click “Update Profile”. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 11 of 14 To sign up for e-statements, click on “E-Statement” to expand section. Click “Send Confirmation Email” and an email will be sent to the email address that was entered when the online profile was created. Open the email and click on the link. Logging in to your online profile through the link in your email will complete the process of confirming your email address. After logging in please proceed to the 'E-statement' dropdown section and check the option to receive E-statements for your account(s). Congratulations, once you have completed the above items, you are now signed up for and have been confirmed for E-Statements! ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 12 of 14 ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 13 of 14 Fill in all required fields and click ‘Create AutoPay Payment Option”. Please note: All accounts tied to your online profile will be set up on AutoPay. To set up Autopay, click on “AutoPay Setup”. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 14 of 14 If you need further assistance, please contact Utility Billing at (360) 363-8001. Check the “Active” box and click “Update AutoPay Schedule”. Autopay will process on the due date of each bill using the payment information entered.
