Robb Lamoureux, [PHONE REDACTED] (office) [PHONE REDACTED] (mobile) [EMAIL REDACTED] Nov. 13, 2012 Bicyclist struck and killed by pickup truck in Marysville MARYSVILLE - Just after 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, a 64-year-old Granite Falls man died when he was struck by a pickup truck while riding his bicycle northbound in the 10900 block of State Avenue. Life-saving medical attention was performed at the scene of the collision but was unsuccessful. The cause of the accident is unknown and is being investigated by the Marysville Police Collision Investigation Team (CIT). The driver of the truck, a 25-year-old Marysville man, was not injured. State Avenue between the 10800 and 11000 blocks will be shut down to all traffic during the investigation. The investigation is expected to take several hours to complete.
