APPLICATION FOR ADDRESS In Loudoun County, all residences and businesses must have County-assigned addresses. These addresses and the associated street network provide the County’s Emergency Response System (CAD/E911) with a precise location and vehicle routing to emergency calls. Most lots in planned developments (Brambleton, South Riding, etc.) have already received addresses. These are available from the seller of the property. Please complete the following: OWNER APPLICANT PHONE APPLICANT EMAIL TAX MAP PIN OR OTHER PROPERTY IDENTIFIER: Please attach a plat or site plan showing the proposed building and the location of the driveway. Addresses are assigned at the point the driveway intersects the road. Check one: This is for a house on vacant land. This is an additional residence on a lot (accessory apartment, for example). This is a business on a residential lot. This building will replace one that was destroyed. FOR STAFF USE ONLY: Post Task Date Transfer You will be notified of your new address once your application is processed and address assigned. NOTE: Regulations differ for temporary addresses (construction and sales trailers) and for commercial buildings. Please contact the Office of Mapping & Geographic Information for those regulations.
