GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL FEES: (FOOD FACILITIES-TOURIST ESTABLISHMENTS-POOLS) CERTIFICATION LETTERS (MUST INCLUDE LICENSED PRIVATE SECTOR PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTATION) Pursuant to §12VAC5-610-255-D: Certification letters may be converted to a construction permit by making application and paying any required fees (Plan Review Fee does apply). However, no additional fees shall be charged when a certification letter is converted to a construction permit within 18 months of the date the letter was issued and conditions in the letter are satisfied. OTHER: EVALUATIONS / INSPECTIONS / LICENSES FEE SCHEDULE - LOUDOUN COUNTY - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES LAND DEVELOPMENT (MUST INCLUDE LICENSED PRIVATE SECTOR PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTATION) * Pursuant to §12VAC5-620-80-D: Any application fee paid (State Fee $300) for a construction permit for a replacement well shall be refunded in full upon receipt by the department of a Uniform Water Well Completion Report, pursuant to 12VAC5-630-310, indicating that the well that was replaced has been permanently and properly abandoned. Pursuant to §12VAC5-620-80-E: Any person applying for a permit to permanently abandon an existing well on property that is their principal place of residence shall not be charged a fee for filing the application.
