To apply for a license, please complete and submit the Marriage License Application Form. HOW TO REQUEST CERTIFIED COPY OF YOUR LICENSE By Appointment: You must contact the Liberty County Probate Court at (912) 876-3635 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm to schedule an appointment. Prior to the appointment, you must complete and submit the Marriage License Request Form. By mail: You may also request a certified copy of your marriage license by mailing a written request to: Liberty County Probate Court P.O. Box 28 Hinesville, Georgia 31310 Requests by mail must include a completed Marriage License Request Form, along with a money order made payable to Liberty County Probate Court.
