October 15, 2013 Police Building Boiler Replacement Bid No. 2013-054 Bid Date: 10/15/13 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Addenda #1 hereby makes the following changes to the above mentioned Bid: This Addendum form is a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Proposal Form. Addendum Item No. 1 The Contractor has an option to mount the new boilers on the outside foundation wall where the gas meters are currently located. Unitil will move the meters outside at no cost to the Contractor or City. To reduce the size of the piping and meter the City would prefer but not required, that the Contractor use high pressure system (2pounds) to reduce the sizes of the gas service components. It is the Contractors responsibility to coordinate with Unitil when planning various phases of the project. The contact person from Unitil is Roger Bellefleur ([PHONE REDACTED]).
