September 15, 2014 Demolition: 60 Howe Street Bid No. 2014-055 Bid Date: 09/18/14 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Please make the following changes to the Specs: Following the Pre-Bid site walk today, September 15, 2014, I have confirmed that the GIS Map is in error when depicting the site: • The driveway to the left of the building as shown on the attached map belongs to 56 Howe Street and the additional concrete shown on the right side of 60 Howe Street belongs with 60 Howe Street. The GIS map is being corrected to reflect the parcels properly.
