August 14, 2013 Simard-Payne Park Site Improvements - Phase 1 Bid No. 2013-030 Original Bid Date: 8/27/13 ADDENDUM NO. 2 Please make the following changes to the Specifications: 1. BID OPENING (NOTICE): The Bid Opening has been changed to September 12th, 2013. Bids will be received by the office of the Director of Budget/Purchasing, until 2:00 PM, on Thursday, September 12th, 2013. 2. PRE-BID MEETING (NOTICE): There will be a second mandatory pre-bid conference on Tuesday, August 20th at 2:00pm. Those bidders who attended the first pre-bid meeting, that was held on August, 13th, will not be required to attend the second pre-bid meeting but may do so if they choose. 3. TIME LIMIT (DIVISION 10): The Time Limit has been extended. The Contractor shall complete all work outlined in the Construction Documents by June 30th, 2014. 4. PLANS (SHEET L1): Where the plans call for removal of the existing curb on Lincoln Street, the concrete sidewalk shall also be removed.
